As an Education Administration professional working as a School Administrator, assessing and monitoring student academic progress and achievement is a critical aspect of my role. To ensure a comprehensive and effective assessment process, I utilize a variety of methods tailored to meet the specific needs of individual students and the overall student body.
First and foremost, I establish clear academic standards and learning objectives for each grade level and subject area. These standards serve as a foundation for assessing student progress and achievement.
