To address this, we implemented regular professional development workshops focused on improving communication skills and fostering a collaborative environment. These workshops provided opportunities for our faculty to share best practices, exchange ideas, and discuss challenges they faced in the classroom.
Additionally, we introduced a mentoring program where experienced teachers were paired with new or less experienced teachers.
