In my role as a Teaching Coach, I have had the opportunity to support numerous teachers in integrating STEAM education into their instruction. To begin, I scheduled a one-on-one meeting with the teacher to better understand her concerns and goals. We discussed the benefits of STEAM education, including fostering creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. I emphasized that STEAM integration does not mean sacrificing content knowledge but rather enhancing it through interdisciplinary approaches.
