These experiences have been incredibly valuable and have allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges that ELLs face in the classroom.
One particular experience that stands out is when I worked in a school where over 50% of the students were ELLs. This presented a wonderful opportunity for me to implement various strategies and techniques to support their language acquisition and overall learning experience.
