These approaches have proven to be highly effective in promoting a positive and conducive learning environment for students.
One of the strategies I have consistently used is verbal praise and recognition. I make it a point to acknowledge and commend students for their efforts, achievements, and positive behaviors. This can range from simply saying “great job” to providing specific feedback on their work or behavior. Verbal praise not only boosts students’ self-esteem but also encourages them to continue putting in their best effort.
